Basically I started to take the car apart in december but was stoped because I was in a car accident(broken pelvis). Anyway I have read alot of thread's about removing it but all of them said to run the motor and warm it up. That is not a option I have as I said the car is all apart. Can I use a torch to heat the stud/nut and pb blaster it . I dont want crack the head or block from going dead cold in my none heated garage to torch temp's or is it safe to do this. I dont think the studs will snap as I just had the motor done about 35,000 miles ago so they are still new. So will the torch work or am I risking it?
Thanks
