I had acquired a full 6bolt swap to go into my 96 tsi. After certain foolish actions; the 6bolt head is no more and my 2g is taking its place. Car turns on great but has a horrible misfire when I apply throttle. Been reading that misfire is common without having dsmlink, but it wasn't there before with the full 6bolt swap. The only thing I can think of is now that the "MDP" is coonected again? It sounds exactly like when I forgot to connect the maft once. But its connected now and still controlling the fuel.
Any thoughts on what else I could check would very much be appreciated!
