2g head rebuild update

Got the head all torn apart and off and cleaned up ready for the machinist, getting a 3 angle, bronze valve guides put in and it surfaced, buying a felpro gasket set and arp head studs then buying a good timing belt just dont know which one I want to run yet


Another update already, just got back in, I pulled the turbo all the way off, drained the oil, cleaned the head with brake clean (again) cleaned the block, cleaned and chased all the head bolt holes for the arp head studs which I hope I can order soon along with all my other parts

Ok so I got my gates racing timing belt and arp head studs ordered from extreme psi tomorrow I am getting a fel pro head gasket set from oreillys and today I droped off the head at the machine shop for a 3 angle valve job bronze valve guides put in and being surfaced

Another update I bought a auto meter pro comp ultra light 2 " boost gauge today at oriellys, head is at the machine shop still, head studs and timing belt are gonna be here wendsday.

Good luck, hope it all turns out well. I am looking for a head for mine...a valve broke off and tore up my #2 piston and the head.
