2g gsx won't turn over

Ok so when cranking it turn an turna won't fire off. Fuel pump is not whinning and the rpm guage bounces from about 0 to 3k. Nobody has a fuel pump relay an the only other thing I can think of ismaybe the cam or crank angle sensor maybe. Iv about threw in towel I'm stumped. Any suggestions? New fuel pump is in an it works perfect.

Make sure you have spark, fuel, compression. Those should be checked first to make sure you have all the things needed for a motor to start.

Its fires off ether that's whats got me confussed. Took of the fuel line to fuel rail an its gettin juice
