there is so many variables i dont know where to start:

what is the offset of you 17" rims?
how wide are they?
are these tires for daily driving?
are these tires for drag?

the most common size is a 17x7 rim with 225/45/17. However depending on width and offset you can get 235/40/17 or even 245/40/17. If your car is a daily driver i wouldnt recommend a tire with less than a 280 thread life because you will be replacing your tires every year. Why dont you plug some of the variables in so we can help you better

im looking for 225/45/17

goals: not quite sure yet. I just wanna see a general idea of what FWDers are using whether for street, drag, summer, doesnt matter
