Is the 97-99 a direct bolt on bumper to a 95?

Yes, on an Eclipse you will need the headlights as well or you will have a gap between the bumper and headlights.

Alright, so i can get the 97-99 bumper with 97-99 headlights on my 95 and thats it, it will fit perfect?

Correct, the 2gb Eclipse front bumper utilized the 2gb headlights. 2gA head lights fit and were installed on all 2g Talons (95-98) and the 2ga (95-96) Eclipse bumper.

You should really become more resourceful and refrain from asking such simple questions right now. You have dozens of search engines at your disposal to search for lights and I'm sure you have junk yards around too.

If anything look on the classifieds.

Also, "cheap" is a word with different meanings of value and quality to everyone.

For an answer ebay or the classifieds section..Possibly craigslist..

Then when you have the swap complete..Sell your headlights and bumper, skirts, and get back some what you put into the conversion..

Ebay, Rockauto, and the classifieds are all good resourses. There are a bunch of 2G's being parted out in the partout section right now. I find it quickest to just PM the posters of those ads and ask if they have the parts you are looking for.

Have you checked any local junkyards they don't have to be off of a turbo model and eclipse tend to be a dime a dozen at my local yards
