I'm putting my 2g M/T awd back together ad I need ALL fluids for it. I don't know what all I need so please help me out. By what I should I get what type and how much that will all cost. Thanks y'all

Well, I would say oil, antifreeze, transmission fluid, transfercase fluid, and fluid for the rear transfercase. Also depending on the circumstances you may or may not need brake fluid (for brakes and clutch) and powersteering fluid. As to price that depends on what flavor you decide you want, I'd help ya out more but that is up to you since it is your car.

i just did some fluids/oil on my gsx... just go to autozone and request for the proper viscosity for the following... rear diff oil, transfer case oil, tranny oil, motor oil... The transfer case and rear diff can be freaky; i doubt the previous owner of my car ever touched either one of those

the transfer case.... there is two plugs. a drain plug and a filling plug... the drain plug is near the back of the tranfer case by where the drive shaft comes out.. the filler plug is on the front of the case and a little higher.... it takes pb blaster and some patience to get that drain plug open. if i am remembering correctly its like a 18mm socket for the plug

You should replace DOT3 fluid every 2 years. Its very porious and will absorb alot of water. Water and high pressure do not mix. Better to be safe than sorry. x2 what RB said.

I am running Redline Heavy weight shock proof gear oil in my rear dif and transfercase, then for the tranny Amsoil manual tranny fluid 75w-90 GL-4. Redline was like 15 bucks a quart locally and the Amsoil was like 11 bucks a quart.

Transmission Fluid - 2.3qts of Redline Synthetic M/T Fluid : MT-90
Transfer Case - 0.5qts of Redline Shockproof Gear Oil : Heavy
Rear Differential - 0.9qts of Redline Shockproof Gear Oil : Heavy

Then get your basic's like 50/50 antifreeze, clutch fluid, and brake fluid. As far as oil goes, Mobile1 used to be the hype but now DSM'rs are seeing good results from running Shell Rotella T6 5w-40, here's a thread about it. http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/bolt-tech/398638-shell-rotella-t6-5w-40-used-oil-analysis-uoa.html
