2G Eclipse hatch on 2G Talon

Recently the rear wiper on my black 95 TSi AWD went out. I really don't like/use the wiper all that much, but I was thinking about putting a 2G Eclipse hatch on the back with the wing, rather than the Talon spoiler.

1. Is it possible? I'd figure it is, seeing as the body styles are pretty much the same. how much work/money it'll cost is a different story. I live in Normal (American home of Mitsubishi) and the junkyards are filled with trashed Eclipse's, so finding one won't be hard and I won't have to pay to have the hatch painted if needed. Anybody know how much work it'll be getting the old one off/the new one on though?

2. Is it worth it? I've always been a fan of Talons & I hate it when people do the Eclipse conversions to them, but I find the spoiler on the back to be pretty ugly. Not to mention mine is scratched up pretty good thanks to the previous owners ex girlfriend. What are people's thoughts on how it would look?

Yes its possible. It's a direct swap.
I think it'll look fine.

I'm hoping to get over to the junkyard Friday, i'll let you know if they've got anything.

I've got a Green 96 TSi with a blown engine. It's got 3 stock wheels/rims with one replacement wheel/rim. I'm trying to get rid of the entire car if you're interested.

I have a 98 GSX that has a talon hatch! I've been trying to sell the spoilers! I have both talon spoilers, high and half moon! both black!

Wait i'm confused. Why are you changing the entire hatch? Why don't you just change the spoiler? The hatches are the same, just with different wings on them. Just plug the old holes and drill new ones for the eclipse wing
