95-96 eclipse is the same as a 95-98 Talon
a 97 front bumper will need 97 headlights,

EVERYTHING IS EXACTLY THE SAME ! THE CARS ARE IDENTICAL.

Dude, It will fit. I have a 95 Talon and i put headlights and bumper from a 97 eclipse on. It lines up. those guys are stupid. I did it and I am New to the body work part of cars

yea keep your bumper once you get rid of it you want it back once you notice it on other talons.
