Thinking about getting my hands on a cheap 2G, really want a 2g talon.

Problem is, 2G Talons are uber expensive here, like its rare to find a running one for less then 2500.

however, 2G Eclipse's all the way from RS's to GST's you can find for 2k and under sometimes. they might not have the best body condish but they run good, and that's what I care about most (had a nice 2G 5 Speed GS-T with 100k for 1500 on craigslist awhile back, clear coat was going, and needed new windshield)

Anyways, I was wondering how hard it would be to do a 2G Talon Front + Back Bumper conversion on a 2G Eclipse? I've seen the reverse done before, but never this way.

I mainly just want the rear end, I was wondering how hard this conversion would be? I don't mind a few welds and grinds here and there.

I know to do the equivilent of this conversion on a 1GB it all bolts up.

It's not hard at all. You will need the rear taillights, rear bumper, rear wing, front bumper, headlights, side moldings if you are doing a 2gb Talon. The only thing that would need modified is the center bumper support in the rear. Its just a spot welded lip that the middle of the rear bumper cover sits on. It will nedd cut off the Eclipse and lowered for the Talon rear bumper cover.
