Yes they are interchangeable WITH the corresponding headlights.

I believe it's like this,

If you get a 1995 bumper, you have to get 95-96 headlights.

or

If you get a 1997 bumper, you have to get 97-99 headlights and vice versa.

I cant't find a eagle bumpe to save my life. and i WILL NOT spend 300 bucks on a oem one

A 2Ga eagle bumper should be easy to find. A 2Gb Talon bumper will take some searching to find.

Also, this question has been answered many times already, search next time.

every salvage yard in a 600 mile radius has NO eagle talons in the junker that have a good bumper
