i recently purchased a set of coilovers, the ones where you get the springs with threading cylinder and use the stock struts. Are these good or bad when it comes to ride quality? I have also heard that they can bounce off of the top perch if you hit a big enough bump. Anyone have any reviews on them or coments?

what brand?

I can't find the rates for Aerospeeds on the web. Why don't you search, too, or send some emails. This is what you need to know.

Alternatively, if they are 2.5" ID springs, you can replace them with ones with known (and proper) rates.
