2G Coilover help

Hey guys so I’m trying to buy some used Megan coils but idk if these fit a 2g eclipse could anyone please help the used set has a black bracket on the front coilovers which idk if the 2g needs that because on the website they don’t show those black brackets on the coils for a 2g I’ll post pictures

The ones in the first picture don't look like they would work. The top hat section that bolts to the front suspension should have 3 bolts up top not 2, and all of those look to have 2 bolts each.

The lower front mount is not correct either. I don't believe these coilovers are the correct kit for your vehicle!

Why are you stuck on Megan Racing? Their quality is questionable in some products.

Not trying to down the company, but there are some things you should and shouldn't save pennies on. And something that puts your life at risk is not one.

Your`s should look like the ones I have posted.... also checked Megan coil overs and they don`t show any for the 98 eclipse GSX AWD

That first picture is 100% not for a 2g. 2gs do not have a McPherson strut setup.
