Well it started about 2 months ago with just slipping into 3rd so i changed the fluid and fliter. Car ran alright for a few days then started slipping a little bit again then the slipping went away. Then a few weeks ago it started getting stuck in 2ng gear for a little then it would shift. Now i have no 3rd gear or OD period and I have to rev it to 2500 rpms for it to go in reverse and it slams in. I tried a different TCU but that didnt work. Fluid doesnt smell burnt or anything. I only have 1st and 2nd gear.
So far people have told me.
Popped TQ converter
Clutch pack
Pump
But ive searched 4 pages on here and couldnt find a problem similar to mine with no problems diagnosed
If anyone has any idea let me know asap. Thank you, Jeff

Well, the delayed reverse could be do to the O-ring on the valve body being gone.

My guess would be the end clutch, because I recently messed up my end clutch install and had NO o/d from a roll (turning it on while driving. You might as well check it since it's not exactly hard to get to.

That's all I can think of.

How do you get to the end clutch and o-ring? Just pull the valve body off?

Well the end clutch is right where your passenger side front wheel is... kind of.

You take the wheel off and you will immediately see the end clutch cover. It's 4 bolts to take the cover off and the end clutch assembly pulls right off....Inspect the discs inside for any abnormalities...

Here's a guide to take the end clutch off....

The O-ring is a different story, that is on the valve body, which right in the trans fluid pan.
When you pull the valve body off, look on the side that was facing the car not you, and look for the O-Ring.

Here is another guide on taking the body off. Look for the part about the O-ring.

Hey man thanks for the link, that will be extremely helpful and it doesnt seem to hard to do if this is the problem. Thanks again.

Say buh bye to your current trans......you gonna need an overhaul.

Ive been wrong before but thats the same stuff my car did before the trans went.

Im going to give IPT call monday and see what he says, im hoping its just the end clutch as i do not really want to dump $2200 on a rebuild right now.
