2g awd trans in a 1g ??

I wanted to know if there would be any trouble mating up a 2g awd trans to my 90 awd gsx? Ive been told that the 2g awd trans is better?? Any feed back would be appreciated!

I wanted to do an auto swap, and i'm curious about the same thing for automatic trans. Most everyone from ER are running 2g trans, but I think that's only becasue of the lock up feature for the converters. Still curious how they get everything to line up.
