Would removing that plastic fuel baffle in an AWD tank effect anything other then the fuel sending unit gauge?

Im getting ready to put two 450ti in the tank and that baffle is shot.

Let me know what you peeps think.
thanks.

Bad idea. You will not be able to draw fuel under hard acceleration without the baffle in the tank. It will all slosh to the back of the tank. Ask me how I know.

Heh, good luck. I run two Walbro 255s and the barely fit in the baffle. What are your fuel demands? A single Walbro 450 will carry you pretty darn far.

Setting up the fuel system to flow enough for 800hp but to be capable for more if i need it.

guess i opened a can of fab work.
