2g AWD fuel pump assembly, Which line is the Return line?

I need to know which line is the return, because I am using the stock hard feel line for my return, which do I connect it to?

The one circled in blue or the one in red?

The red one is smaller than the blue one and is the same size as the return line under the hood.

thats exactly why i guessed blue. i cant see it downsizing from the fpr to the tank.

i think the red one is a vaccum line.

Well actually the red one is the same exact size hose as the hard return line on the firewall. A guy on dsmlink did indeed say its the blue one tho.

Shown in the pic, the red one IS smaller metal hose than they blue one.

What Im saying is that under the hood, the stock metal return line is teh same size as the red one in the pic

Why the hell won't you just follow it up to the front of the car to see which one it is? That way you won't screw up.

The other line is "the suction line for the other half of the tank."

Yep, The return is the red one. the blue one is just to siphon gas from the other side of the fuel tank.
