2g awd coilovers on 2g fwd

My Tsi has an awesome suspension setup on it and my new gst have some eibach springs that I am unhappy with. Seems too bouncy for me personally and I would like to swap to my grounds controls and illunminas. I know the fronts are the same but I have read on a couple places that the rears will bolt up but the spring rate is stiffer. My question is has anyone tried this and how much of a difference does it make with it being stiffer?

Honestly, you would probably never notice the difference.

The bouncy is way to ricer for me. Feels like a set of obx springs or something . I have a real setup on the talon but I cant afford to just go out and get another set. I have a few things on order so it would be nice to use some of the talons suspension before it goes. Ill be doing the full brake conversions and I got 13" bear track kit up front. Thanks I think Im going to give it a shot.

I just dont want to have to crawl over every bump in the road not to mention all the money I spent on the talons setup. cant wait for a dry weekend!
