Hey guys,

I'm getting the motor in my VR4 Galant rebuilt next week after some guys at a panel shop took the car for a pretty serious "testdrive" after it was left there to get some repair work done after a hit in the rear end.

I'm currently running BC 272's, stock valve springs, 50-trim, aftermarket ECU, etc.

I just ordered some BC springs and retainers to be installed while the engine is apart, and I began wondering if I should install some BC 280's while I'm at it.

Are they too aggressive for a 50-trim turbo?

The car will get driven once a week, if that, so drivability (or lack thereof) isn't really an issue.

For those of you with 280's... is the idle that much lumpier than 272's?

Thanks
Mat

PS. I know this is in the wrong section, I can't post in any other forums.
