I have researched this topic quite a bit and most of the talk about slicks is relating to suspension setups that work, brake clearances, rolling diameter/gearing, and weight of the wheels.
In regards to my 2gb FWD:
All I want to know is what size spacer, if any, I'd need to run M&H 24.5 x 8.5 x 15 on 2g 15'' wheels like the rs 'swirlys'?
I understand that this wheel may not be as wide as is optimal for the contact patch of the slick, but it's certainly better for me than street tires. I have a great deal on slicks and on the wheels and will go ahead and purchase/mount them together if it's possible to run them on my car. Stock suspension and stock brakes are on the car, by the way.
