235 tires

Ive been searching and Im not sure still, so I just want to ask you guys. Im going to get 17x8 wheels that have 42 offset, can I get 235/45 wheels and not rub while lowered around 1.5 inches? Thanks!

yeah im running 255/35/18 which are .30" shorter overall height. Also my tires are .80" wider than yours and im dropped very low.

If you ever rub, it's simple to just go grab some ARP lug studs, and a 1/4" spacer plate IF need be.

You will be fine running those, I run that same size on my 1g and those have less room then a 2g.

They will fit good. I would go with a 245/40/17 tire to get a little more traction.
