20g kit ?s

i have a stock rebuilt 7 bolt motor in my 95 talon tsi awd and i want to put 20g turbo kit with an internal wastegate in it. i already have a full 3 inch exhaust, fmic and a safc II what else do i need to install it?

-20g
-fmic
-intake pipe
-660cc injectors
-fuel pump...what size is good enough?
-larger MAF... what size?
-fuel pressure regulator?

what else do i need? thanks

It looks like a good list. The injector sizing is correct and will be about the max you can reliably tune with an S-AFC. I'd recommend a Walbro 255 HP fuel pump and an Aeromotive AFPR Kit from Import Evolution with the push-lock lines. Get yourself either a Dejon 3" intake pipe or the 4" from Forced Performance with the 4" to 3" adapter. Your stock MAS will work fine. I'd recommend an EVO III O2 housing so that you'll have god flow on the hot (turbine) side.

If you manage to push the 20g to it's full potential you may start hitting the limits of the 2g MAS (generally mid 40 lbs/min airflow). In that case you may actually have to go with either a MAFT setup or DSMLink's MAS emulation.
