Grand National *turbo 6, that out perform the vette!, cant have that so it was killed*
typhoon/cyclone *ahead of there time. turbo 6 with awd in a truck! * gm killed them
94-96 impala ss *they got it right in the 96 year with the floor shifter, just to kill it*
2000 monte carlo *i actually like the styling, but a v6 fwd?? pass*
.

new impala, fwd V6(although they did supercharge the 3800 seris V6, which is a great motor, so lets see how they'll do)

and new Silverado SS, extended cab, heavy ass awd, and just the 6.0 V8, it shoulda been regular cab, and short bed, 2wd, with the 6.0 + a supercharger

i like the older bad ass looking ones rather than the 2000 & up models. I do like this as long as it is V8 and rwd.

well, lets hope that the technik under the body is as good as the car looks, lets hope that u can actually drive it down a twisty mountain road or fly down the Autobahn at 155mph like any BMW Diesel can...

You can do it in the fourth gens.

So are you saying we've been dupped or is Chevy basing their design on these components ? Just curious.

 Why is everybody getting worked up off some UNOFFICIAL web page picture? It's not even a GM website or car magazine site...

vizualsoft.com?? WTF is that? Get a grip people!

PS.. I'd roll in that, though ;)

dwb1987, I agree most concept vehicles look basass, by the time they go into production they screw them all up. They need to go with their original ideas.

Looks like a Ferrari 550M had a head on with a '67 Camaro. The wheels are Tenzo R RS5's. Good photoshop though.

If the Camaro is coming back will the Firebird be next? I hate both cars but I have My brother who loves and owns two Firebirds and was sad to see GM discontinue them both. As far as the picture goes I think the car need more work in the front end. It looks like it was chopped off from the rest of the car and cheapend it by sticking a grille on it. It really does
not look natural. Increase the front end to a nose a little and then it will be complete. I just wish Dodge would put something like this on the road to compete with GM.

As for me, I still love my DSM's in the Plymouth, Eagle brands:laser: :talon: :) :D

Their also putting out a new lightning either next year or the 2005 model year and it will have 500hp and a short-throw 6-speed manual OMG OMG OMG .

yup it looks like the Ram SRT-10 and the Lightning are going to be leading the performance truck industry with Chevy playing catchup and is Toyota coming out with anything?

I know Toyota's TRD makes some parts for the tundra but I haven't heard any thing about them making a high-performance production truck.

yeah, they make SCs for the Tundra, but still after that it wont be too fast, although they are going into the Nascar truck series so who knows

isn't chevy renaming their small trucks and putting v8s in them?

no, the S10 seris is dead, the new series is called the Chevy Canyon(sp) and GMC calarado i think, I forget, might be switched around. They get a I5 version of the kickass 4.2 I6 in the trailblazer. They are very great engines.

good thing they haven't based any other their designs off any other cars. Oh wait the RX-7 and RX-8. I think its fake it looks way too Ferrari, but if that was the new design I would have to say:thumb: .

I don't think this is an official design.

Its not, GM hasn't even said if it will bring the fbody back, and it will be unlikely that they will at all, GM will just keep pushing their SUVs and trucks
