Got this off of ls1.com, dunno if this is finalized(I hope not, looks like shit and ruins the fbody heritige(sp))

rear looks like a ####ing caviler, and the front looks even more like a sebring. And loose the V6 and awd, ruins the fbodies history

Looks like Benz headlights on an RX-8 (only uglier). They should just drop Camaro production all together if it's going this way.

LOL, looks like a curvy/beefy/aggressive 1G DSM version.

now this..... THIS i like.. looks powerfull not like the stupid 2000-02's

but yea... better come with at a minimum a nice 350... be even nicer with a 400BB OMG

but to the guy above i personaly say the LT1 over the LS1... the LS1 just wont take as much abuse in my openion..but then i have never liked aluminum V8's...

but oooo 400BB... stock... then add a supercharger.. (another option that better be there) *drools*

So this isn't muscle. This car is just a cam and bolt on car with full interior and runs 11.50s @ 117ish.

well, doesn't look like I can fix a problem that appeas to be on Yahoo's side. The photo section of that particular yahoo group is not showing any pics. I could have sworn that lest night when I posted the pics, they showed up. Enuff with the "you suck at the internet" wanna be jokes. I know a little about what I do for a living. :p

yup, it's an 02 F-body. Look great and plenty fast enuff to slay all but 15 or so peopl on this site. I believe in the LS1 power, but I also believe in the mad potential of the 4g63, or I used to. The 2.6 storker isn't anywhere close to the 4g63, it's way above it.

Is there any new news on this detail? Our Dodge Members (on another site) want to know more about this car and if it will be built!. Plus can you send me a copy of the picture to my Email address. Thank you.

There are some new pictures on that LS1camaro website I noticed - published about 3 days ago. They still Look like CGI images, but if this is a real concept, then its definitely interesting:

Much better rendering this time... but still definitely a rendering. I can't stand the headlights.... Seems like the same "retro" direction that Ford's been doing with the new Mustang concept.

A 'lil bit Corvette, a 'lil bit Mustang, and a 'lil bit Dodge Ram... Ugly IMO, but at least they haven't resorted to altezzas just yet.

There is now a third version of this DAMN Camaro which I found on my Dodgetalk.com site. It's grey and very different than the one shown on LS1.com. It has a slanted nose as one of the many different features on the car. I do not have the picture though so you will have to sign up on the Dodgetalk.com site to view it.

Damn you-Die GM Die! :laser: :laser: :laser:

I now have the picture-problem is I do not know how to scan it here to show all of you. Need Help!

I know this was hit on much earlier in the thread, but the reason GM killed the F-Body's was because they were losing sales to the smaller more agile Mustangs in every category (Ford Sold more V6 Mustangs, More Convertible Mustangs, More GTs than Z-28s, and More Cobra's then SS's) Camaro's had a tendency to sit on our lot for quite some time when I was selling cars (2001ish time period) I actually "made" the first 02 Camaro that our dealership got. Burgandy Z28 with black leather and the Hurst 6Spd :) It was nice.

The next Camaro needs to be less of a boat, and they can't lose the rear seats entirely, then you don't have a good place to throw all the crap that you acquire in your car.
