Okay first off i've already read the other 2 seater threads but they were not what i was looking for. I was wondering if anybody has completely taken out the back seats of a 2g and made everything flat? like instead of taking out the back seats and installing a sound system, nitrous etc. They just made the entire trunk compartement flat sort of like the new 370z. Almost like the car came a two seater stock. I'm just trying to make the car lighter and have the back (trunk compartement) be completely flat. If anyone has any pctures of a two seater 2g with the trunk flat please post pics. Or if anyone knows how to do this conversion please help me. thanks for the help and I hope you guys understand what i'm talking about.:thumb:

You say that you want to make the car lighter, but I would think that by the time you make a whole new flat floor it's going to weigh more than the back seats did.

Sorry. Just woke up. I'mmmmmmmmmmm dumb. ha ha.

You're right about the false floor though, the rear seats do not weigh much, and it would be hard to construe this as a weight savings project.
