I haven't measured to see if it Will fit, but maybe with some mods to the hood as well.
1. Has anyone ever raised the top strut perch to lower the cars center of gravity similar to how a
3kgt is set up?

I have seen a few threads in starion forums about using 240sx components sutch as rack AMD knuckles for upgrades to steering.
2.Has anyone ever welded a 240sx front sub frame to an eclipse? Just switched everything over for a rwd swap. Or miata subframe for that matter?

I don't know about using 240/miata subframes. but there are a few RWD eclipses in drags....

Cheap way would be to yank front axles and just insert dummie axles/ends and weld the Center diff. Making all power now go to rear. However your drivetrain will probably not last long like this.

They make Tubular K-members (front subframes on foxbody's) that I have seen people use over for misc RWD swaps on fwd cars. They are very cheap to have. I would recommend going something that route.

As far as the strut towers, sure maybe. I've seen people do it on cars to fit coil-overs from other cars, or to get real low...doing to for lower center of gravity makes more sense to me tho. However I wouldn't recommend it for anything other then a PURELY Track driven car.
