Should I upgrade from my small 16g if Im not going to run no more than 20psi. For example, will a bigger turbo at the same boost be about the same power and just less work or more power and less work. As far as o2 and turbine, I should upgrade from stock to what?(just got fp mani and looking for the best flow and spool)

If you plan on just running 20psi the small 16g you currently have should be perfect for your goals. Bigger turbo will blow more air but will also give you increasing turbo lag and typically require you to be higher up in the rpm band before building the same amount of boost. So in essence, more work from your engine to build the same level of boost. If you don't plan to build a high boost, high hp race car then the small 16g should suffice just fine. Way more potential than the stock but without the excessive lag and additional supporting mod requirements of the Big 16g or other larger turbo option option.

what are your long term goals with it? Daily driver- then no, you should be fine.
Track car/daily driver- I ran a 20g and loved it, I will put one on the new car.

Is your exhaust a turbo back, or catback.. A 2g manifold, or the cast fp manifold will work great for dd, or even a much more higher hp car..

A different 02 housing should help with flow a little more..And ther not that expensive, well some are not..

I just purchased a fp mani, waiting to get it coated. My exhaust is 3"turbo back. So I should get a evoIII o2?

An evo3 o2 housing will not bolt to your stock style down pipe. You would need to have the angle changed on your down pipe to o2 housing flange. Since you said that you wanted something that will bolt right up. Try punishment racing or modern automotive performance. Any of the vendors could sell a tubular o2 housing.
