2 alternator fuses?

My alternator was working fine until I wired my radiator fans wrong blowing the fuses. I fixed this problem but now my alternator isn't charging my battery. I installed a new alternator and it didn't fix the problem. I checked the 100 amp alternator fuse and it fine. Is there any other fuses I should check or what would be causing this problem?

Alright I just checked the top bolt on the alternator and its reading voltage from the battery. So there must not be any problems for the current to get to the battery. When the car was running I checked the batttery and it was only putting out 9 volts. On the alternator there is only the top bolt and plug the bottom screw is just to hold the hanger correct? There isn't a ground wire right?

The alternator is grounded to the engine block with the bracket that it is bolted to and the block is grounded to the frame. My guess would be DOA alternator from an auto parts store.

Take it in and have it tested or even swap for another one and i'll bet your problm will be solved.
