Whawould be the easiest way to pull a 2.4 crank with the engine in the car. Gonna go to the local upull and see if I could get one.thank you

You will have to remove the transmission, rear seal retainer ,flywheel, timing belt ,oil pump, oil pan main girdle and rod caps. If you have any bearing damage the engine than you will want to take it apart and clean it. Also if you have any spun bearings than you will need to have the rod rebuilt.

first i would try just dropping the pan down and see if u can squeeze it out with some luck. If not then i would leave the top motor mounts attached and unbolt the cradle on the front and all the supporting suspension. and then drop the pan and then the crank

There is no way around pulling the transmission the flywheel bolts to the crank and i would remove that also. :p
