2.3stroker, need new turbo, and wheel

I currently have a 2.3 stroker, am running the FP green externally gated, 1150's, e85, 272/272, valves/springs/retainers, etc and just using a maf translator/wideband o2 for tuning it. Its a decent setup, but the green is starting to smoke a little and it time for a bigger turbo. Im pretty set on the FP3065 but was just curious what other similar FP turbos you guys might be using with a 2.3l.

Also ordered 1600cc inj, and ecm link to tune the beast.

Also, I need new wheels/tires. Im thinking 18x8 with 225/40/18 tires? Will those do ok with the amount of power im gonna be putting down?
