Ok Here I am again. I recently installed a 2.3 Stroker small block into my car. Stock head but has new valves, valve stem seals and lifters are new as well. Put in a new 02 sensor and an ecu temperature sending unit.

I am having a rough Idle issue. My car when it's cold will not idle at all but once it warms up a bit it will idle, but rough at 500 rpms. I redid the timing just to be sure it was correct and now I know it's perfect.

How can I fix this? Anyone had a similiar issue that they encountered on a motor swap and figured out what the problem was?

Mods are on profile if needed, but the old motor idled perfect at 900rpms.
 
When you asked if I grounded my ECU out when redoing the timing are you talking about adjusting the ISC? I have the ISC and EGR blocked off with a block off plate. Also I only have 450cc injectors any chance that could not be working with a Stroker?

Ok so if I can't fix this in the next week I'm selling this POS or blowing it the hell up.

Car will not idle worth a sh*t. If it does idle it's at 500rpms and rough as hell. Also it will barely rev up to 3k at all. Thats nearly flooring it down to get it to rev up. Also it sounds like crap. If I hold it at 1500rpm's it sounds bad. Like it's missing or something. It's almost spuddering.

Thoughts on this:
1. Injectors are failing?
2. Not enough fuel getting in
3. 1 cylinder not firing
4. Timing off somehow although redone 3 times.
5. CAS way off (I adjusted it alot but not with a timing gun but still no help even If i set up the CAS way off it still idled terrible.)
6. TPS sensor off?
7. Could the Knock sensor cause any issues?
8. 02 sensor broken?
9. Any chance a fuse or something is blown causing issues??

Anyone and everyone please give me some insight. I am on tilt right now done with this f king car. If anyone can come over and help me with this I would really appreciate it. Thanks
