I just started toying with the idea... But it looks like you can just grind the caps and block in the 4g63 and bolt in 4g64 crank and rods with 4g63 turbo pistons... I didnt know that.

Can anyone explain to me the whole presedure?

I believe, that you have to use an aftermarket piston with a raised pin location to make up for the extra stroke.

The 4g64 2.4L crank will drop right into the 4g63 block. You have to do a small bit of clearancing of the block but its easy. You combine this any rod you would like, as the rod size and lenght remains stock. You then add special "stroker" pistons. They are shorter pistons with the wrist pin pushed up higher. This gives your your added stroke. Longer crank, stock length rods, shorter pistons = more displacement.

A quick search will give you lots of info on stokers.
 
A 4g64 crank, new main and rod bearings, rod of your choice, and stroker pistons with rings. That is it. But of course while you are at it, you might as well get a new OEM oil and water pumps. New headgasket, Arp head studs if you dont have them already. You know, all of the basic rebuild stuff. As far as stroking it, you just need the rods, stroker pistons, bearings, and crank.

Those are what you need...he awnsered all that in his post, but just didn't go 1...2...3. There are a handful of thread's, that discuss the parts, and spot's where grinding must be done for clearance reason's...20 minutes of searching does a lot of good.
