1st to second grind

Hi i have a 94 talon es and it grinds if i go right from 1st to 2nd. It does this after i have been driving for like 1min or so after all the fluids are warmed. Also. I found out i can not make it grind buy going from 1st to nutral in the middle then back to 2nd all with out pushing clutch twice. Any idea what it could be i allready changed gear oil

I had the same issue only one thing it did happen when I was boosting. I took the trany out and I found the SECOND and the THIRD gear synchros were toast, you might have the same issue.

That is usually caused by a bad syncro, an improperly adjusted clutch, or possibly a bad shift fork.
