1st time logging. new motor in

Hello. I just got my motor, slowboy built for me, in and running. It actually sounds great to me. Havent been able to take it for a spin yet because i've gotta replace the back break lines. Anyways, I was hoping someone that knew what they were looking at/for could take a look at my log and tell me if there's anything i need to know. After about a minute and 20 seconds, i stepped on the gas a little to bring the rpms up. Then about a minute later, I brought the rpms up around 2100. I then let off the pedal about a minute later, and the rpms hovered around 1500. The only DTC its throwing is a coolant sensor that i have to replace. I also just noticed it gave me a knock reading at 194.47 seconds. The specs on my motor are in my profile, if any of it help. Thank you for your time, its greatly appreciated.
