Because it has'nt warmed up yet, or the heater circuit is out of it or your looking at the wrong o2 sensor.

It's definitely warmed up enough ( EGT well over over 600*F which is were they start reading ).

They read perfectly fine during logs.

I'm not getting a heater circuit CEL of any kind.

And i'm definitely looking at the right o2 sensor LOL :thumb:

If I rev it LIGHTLY ( less than 20-30% throttle ) ill get a quick .60 or something but then it'll go back and sit at .02:confused:

The fact that the O2 doesn't cycle at idle and cruise confuses me  I'll have to think about that one, but BISHILVR already said what I was thinking.

It sounds like you really have 550's instead of 650's, so let's tune off that assumption. Did you ever get a chance to verify your TPS reading on the logger at WOT? What does it read? What is your plug gap at? 0.028" on a one step colder NGK plug would be a good idea with your setup.

Let's also have you drop O2 voltage for right now, since we aren't even sure it's working properly. That should give us a 1 or 2 more samples / second. Did you go through the byte timing test in the software?

After you check all those things, I would set the SAFC to -15% across the Hi throttle table and make another pull. Since you don't seem to have 650cc injectors, let just pretend we are starting the tune from the beginning to make things easier.

Could a pre-turbo exhaust leak cause the o2 not to cycle? If it was bad enough?

What i'm trying to say is if I had a leak and at idle inbetween the exhaust pulses maybe it's sucking in air and showing me LEAN and not cycling like it should?

Thanks!
