so, after getting my 20g mounted up and all the lines hooked up...it seems like my water line from the water pipe is to short. is this common? any ideas of what line i can use for it?

dark and raining. but i can describe it.

it is a stock housing. the water line seems to be about an inch and a half to low for it to bolt in.

The coolant line you may have to bend it to put the banjo bolt through, if its all stock i cant see why it
shouldnt fit.

Does it have a anti surge housing? I just put one on a couple weeks ago and had to cut the water line and.use hose to extend it as it was hitting the comp cover and not allowing it to even get close to bolting up

Cut steel waterline with a ziz wheel..Debur both cut ends of tubes. Add 3/8 heater hose or fuel line, as a splice between the two cuts ,add clamps to both ends...Now it will reach and is somewhat flexable as well...I have done several this way.. People also do this to turbo oil drain back to oil pan (Hint- you are too)

Position of the center housing should be the same as the turbo you removed...don't be afraid to bend the lines a little to get everything to line up. As long as they're in good condition they'll take a lot of abuse before they kink or break.

oil line wasnt a problem, i got a stainless steel braided one :)

ill try splicing in a piece of heater hose, that may work. i think chris is right...it may be hitting the bottom of the comp housing.
