1g tranny in a 2g

Well, I am getting ready to do a 6-bolt swap, and I my 2g tranny is practically done for. I found a 1g tranny for really cheap, and I was wondering could I do 6bolt swap with a 1g tranny in a 2g car.

Nope. It will work the other way around, but the 2g has the mounts on the tranny and the 1g has them on the block.

I asked this question Yesterday, I am told that the 2G Chassis lacks the required mounting points for a 1G Tranny
