1G Tranny Fluid

What do you guys use when changing your tranny fluid in your 1st Gens?

I use Redline Tranny Fluid

Others use BG Synchro.

Those are the one recommended in this site.

How much does it take? and do you use 75w90?

That's some weird stuff from Doug. But, who knows, probably true.

Other than N/T, you use Syncromesh, or if you're cheap, you use non-synth Valvoline because it's good and I've used it for a long time. After a decade of doing this, I don't see any reason to use anything besides one of those. Don't get me started on Redline MTL. They owe me a transmission.
