1g to 2g swap

Well I have a 91 tsi awd and i was wondering if it was possible to swap the tranny differential and rear end into a 95 gsx. If anyone has done it or knows anything about how its done please post.

^agreed. There is really nothing that is interchangeable between the two cars. You can use the ring and pinion out of the 91 and that is pretty much it. The tranny can be mounted in the car but it will require some fabrication.

because i want a 2g shell but my friend took the awd system for his car so i was seeing if i could put mine into it.
