I basically wanted to know what my base hi and low setting should be for a ported 14b, 550cc injectors, stock pump, and 2g MAF. I just wanted a rough setting to tune off of. I have searched the forum and people tend to differ in modifications. Any help is appreciated.

Just set them to zero. Watch the logger as you get into some boost in third, if you see knock add a little. Most likely you will need to add+5-10% or maybe more. The maf still runs lean with 550's. Its just test and tune. Thats why a wbo2 is so important, you dont have to guess as much.

that is for hi setting though correct? what about low settings. I know how to tune with safc I just wanted to see what other setting people run. I have been reading the tuning tech articles like crazy.

calculated out correctly the correction factor is 18% larger than your stock 450's

but after you throw in the hacked MAF it all goes to hell.

Test and tune is the best way to go without an EGT or wideband. On my old talon, I had 550's with a T28 and SAFC. I set both hi and low settings to -16% on the SAFC. Left the low setting at -16% and added approximatly 7% to each rpm level for the high setting. Get on the gas and lean it out. Do it over and over again until it feels like the pulls are harder and cleaner all the way through the rpm band. That was the best I could do since when I bought my guages I was stupid enough not to get a wideband or EGT. Not sure how a hacked maf will affect the settings or what kind of boost you are running but my guess is that the 14b wont be that much more demanding as far as sucking down more fuel.
