Resolved 1G Quick question on forward facing oil filter housing.

The way my exhaust is currently I have to remove the dump tube from my waste gate to change the oil filter. This, this is extremely annoying to do something that should only take a moment. Sooo someone reminded me the Might Max had a forward facing oil filter housing that will I guess, bolt right on? And Extremepsi.com sells it. Sooo before I order it and go to install, here's my question(s).

#1 Does it change the oil pressure from that of the stock unit?
#2 Will the stock filter fit on this housing just fine?
#3 Is there anything I should know before going to switch them?

I'm waiting for answers to the questions to order the housing, gasket, bolts etc.
 
1, not that I noticed, but I did port my relief hole before install
2, yes never had an issue
3, only has one 1/8 bspt tap
