1g oil leak into exhaust manifold

my 1g nt has been leaking oil out the exhaust manifold stud. its not really a stud tho because it is tapped and now uses bolts instead of studs. i was wondering if the tap and die of the studs could have caused this type of oil leak. i cant figure out why it would leak out of the holes? it smells nasty as it burns off of the exhaust manifold. i dont think its going in the manifold but out one of the holes and around the outside of the flange. please let me know what i am in for on fixing this mess???

Are you sure it is out of the hole, and not leaking from a nearby source, say, spilled oil laying by the sparkplugs or something? Also, is your head leaking?

i was looking just a minute ago and it really does appear to be from the hole... the only other oil leak i could find was by the oil pump, and it was minor at that... if it makes no sense that it could be comming from the hole, then could it be comming from the actual exhaust? and if so how could that car even run correctly?
