hey guys Ive been working on my car a early 92 talon 6 bolt (actually a 91 build date) but i have yet to drop the tranny out, so im not sure of some things since its a fwd there should be no output shaft for the transfer case correct? so the spline count should not matter correct? I have a tranny that was out of a 93 with a 7 bolt if I swapped in a new clutch and flywheel (or get the stock one lightened) for the 6 bolt the tranny out of the 93 should bolt right up correct?

sweet cause the tranny out of the 92 SUCKED grinded hardcore into 2nd popped out of 3rd when gettin on it hard and 4th it didnt want to go into all the time. the 93s was just gone through and shifted like BUTTER LOL its nice to know I could actually pull the tranny and get something out of the junker besides a couple interior pieces sweet but winters here are NOT good to cars :(

I was born and raised in cali so this whole winter thing is kinda new to me but it took me an hour to get my talon to this yeah so it also makes working on it hard
