1g Motor, 2g tranny

when using a 1g motor and a 2g tranny, what clutch do u use? I kno i have to use a 6bolt flywheel, but what clutch, a 1g or a 2g? Thnx...

Will the motor mounts line up? The only 2g I worked on had 3 of the mounts on the tranny where as all the 1g's I did had them on the block?
Just wondering though.

There will only be one bolt hole that won't be used. As long as the dowel pins are lined up and you have a couple 3 of the 4 bolts in it will be fine. As far as the clutch goes used the order a clutch for a 1g.

Like I said , I only worked on one 2g, so I was not sure.Thanks for clearing that up.
