1g manifold with evo16g

ok everybody says along as you have a ported 2g o2 housing an evo16g is a bolt on affair does this hold true if your using a stock 1g manifold with the 2g o2?

no just get a 2g mani, it will make u alot happier

Yes, the 1g manifold will work with the eIII 16g. I used that for a while but switched to a ported 2g manifold and noticed a big difference in spool up time and pull. I highly recommend upgrading the manifold.

Or, if you plan on purchasing a manifold brand new, you could always go with the Evo Manifold, which is even better than the 2G manifold and can be ported even larger. Much better flow. Just an option for you.

Yes, the 1g manifold will work with the eIII 16g.

Yes it was, i know a 2g mani flows better and and evo already has a 7cm outlet. i purchased a ported 2g mani and o2 from somone upon very close inspection (my fault should of looked harder when i purchased but such is life when you trust certain people)
it has a crack an i really dont wanna use it. But i now have all my parts for my car and i have a scheduled turbo install on my free time an i really dont wanna post pone it any further its been 6 months.

So i was just wondering if i could away with a ported 2g o2 an my 1g mani or if there would be any alignment or fitment issues with the evo on there or not. cause ive never heard of anybody using the 1g mani with a 2g o2 and a evo16g
