My car has been doing intermitten clutch slip. But I'm not fully convinced its that.

One day I get in the car and it pops and misfires under boost until it's warm. After that the car wil act like a slipping clutch under boost.

The days that it doesn't misfire and pop under boost during warm up the clutch won't slip.

The reason I don't think it's the clutch slipping is because i installed a slightly used act2600 clutch kit and act light flywheel. About a year ago during my rebuild. I doubt the disc is smoked. The pressure plate and flywheel were like new when I installed them. About 2k miles on them all together.

99.99% of s16g users cannot make a properly functioning act2600 clutch slip.

Your engine popping or whatever will have absolutely nothing to do with clutch performance.

Something must be amiss. Check the usual:

Set pedal travel (use jacks trans website to find a video)
Check for oil leaks

If inconclusive...
Then pull the clutch kit and have it inspected for contamination and proper step height.

I would think a properly running engine (misfires) would have a harder time slipping a clutch with less power being produced. Either way, car should NOT pop and misfire under boost. IDK why you are boosting with problems like that...

Like my post says it only does this sometimes. It runs normal sometimes but it is strange that one day out of the week it pops under boost for the first few pulls and that same day it slips.

I need to update my mod list I'm now running a an evo16g.

I bled the clutch countless times. I'm going to try adjusting the clutch pedal. It's a weldd clutch pedal assembly with new master and Slavs cylinders. It grabs a little high so that could be an issue. Maybe the pedal isn't letting the clutch fully engage.

I should also say that this only happened 2 times in the last 5 times I drive it. (Only drive it once a week if that)
