Hey guys. I own a 1991 Mitsu Eclipse GSX. I have had this idle surge 
now for the last few weeks. I have done everything to try and find this problem. Spent hours searching threw this site and found some help and tests but nothing fixed it. I have replaced the IAC, and TPS. I took the ECU out to look for leaking capaciters but it seemed very clean no acid ect ect. I have cleaned the trottle body. When i did the BISS adjustment the surge went away i had to open the BISS almost all the way to get it to idle at 650 with the ecu idle control grounded away. once the ecu took back over it started surgeing again. DO i need a computer any ideas thoughts comments. anything at this point will be a big help! thanks guys and gals!
Oh ya i forgot to mention that i have also done all vacuum and boost leak tests with no leaks found.
