Just trying to find out who makes a full 2.5" downpipe for the 1g fwd. Im not looking for a downpipe with a 2.5 inlet and a 3" outlet Im looking for a full 2.5" from inlet to outlet and something with good fitment. Thanks. Just so you know everything I see on ebay has a 3" outlet.

Well forget the profile. Dejontool.com has what you are looking for. They offer the full exhaust actually. With the downpipe there is NO way you can use the factory pipe after that. Although I have no idea why you'd get a downpipe but no exhaust. I have the downpipe and it is infact 2.5 inches at the o2 housing and then 3 inches after the flex section. Then its Dejon Tool's 3 inch after that. Make sure you get the right one for your turbo housing and cat or catless options. Enjoy!

I do in fact have a full 3" exhause right now but I want to go smaller in order to reduce some of the noise. This car is my daily driver and I just want to get as little attention as possible. I plan on keeping my 3" exhaust for when I go with a bigger turbo but since I am only running a s16g right now the 2.5" will do me just fine.

Can't you just drive quieter. Or you could replace just your cat or whatever you have for a resonator. You dont have to buy a whole new exhaust.

I'd get a 3" downpipe and then look into adding a resonator somewhere in the exhaust.

VRS makes a 2.5" downpipe. You can also order their 2.5" O2 hosing that bolts to the downpipe.

About the VRS though, if you get the O2 elimator (O2 hosing and downpipe) combo, the flange that connects the O2 housing to the downpipe uses 3-bolts creating a tight area between the flange and the oil filer. This is the setup I have and am not really happy with it. The SS piping is very nice, but the 3-bolt flange just bugs me.

If you order just the 2.5" VRS downpipe, however, it will come with a 2-bolt O2 housing flange that you can bolt up to, say a megan O2 housing...
