Question

What engine setups share similar motor mounts.

and the mounts may be different but are the rubber inserts still the same size?

I'm doing a 1g 5 speed to auto swap. The same: both pieces timing side, chassis side front and rear roll stops. Different: both trans pieces (chassis and trans), engine side front and rear roll stops.

The poly mount for the trans side was compatible with both (as are the others obv.)

My car is a FWD and was a manual, swapped it to auto. I used a AWD trans, auto awd tranny mount and that's it. There was a very slight misalignment with the stock manual fwd engine roll stops, which I only needed to rock the engine about an 1/8 of an inch.
