I went to go remove my fuel sedning unit off my 1g today in hopes of picking one up this weekend and it is not going to come out my gasttank without a serious fight the screw were all terribly corroded and even after about 10 hours of spraying I was twisting heads off of them without a budge so im thinking my only course of action is to remove my entire gas tank and replace it with a used one that already has the sending unit installed and save myself some troubles so if for some reason you would be willing to sell me the fuel tank with the sending unit hit me up whenever you can im sorta in a bind as Ive been getting like 3mpg and my weekend project car has turned into my dailey driver so I really need to get it done before the work week im thinking I can get the old tank off tonight and hopefully pick up install the new one tomorrow

I also have a question on whether or not a torch should be required for removing the existing fuel tank strap nuts or if a pry bar or chisel will do the trick any inputs helpful thanx

Dude you need to spray the bolts with pb blaster, everyday, for at least 3 days. Then go to work on the bolts. Although it sounds too late as you already said you broke the heads off.

Sucks that I just pulled my fwd sending unit but I wasn't reusing it (bought an awd) and was careless and broke off the actually fuel sending hardline.

ill get to it I guess I just didnt think that the blaster would be as effective after a full day of spraying them down
